How we can help

With our various application methods we provide staff uniforms in the hospitality sector all across the UK. This ranges from small independent coffee shop owners all the way to multi site franchises.

We will help create the look for your staff based on your current vision and find the most affordable solution.   

Franchises

We currently work with a series of well known hotels and restaurants producing quality staff uniforms. Due to their high demand we structure our pricing to give the managers a fair rate across all their locations.

Our involvement with uniforms typically starts with branded tops, tee shirts, polo’s and sweaters. We also provide trousers and black jeans if required.

As our relationships develop we often help with bespoke clothing. This could be seasonal, promotional, or just something a little outside the box (branded tea towels for example).   

For multisite franchises we also offer private online catalogues to help keep consistency and ease of ordering. Click below for an example of how this works. When prompted the password is “example123”.

F.A.Q.

This varies completely, customer to customer. If “Customer A” wants over a hundred single colour left breast logos, we would immediately recommend screen print for the affordability. In contrast “Customer B” may want six multi coloured left breast, this would be a job for DTF or embroidery.

Of course we can embroider a hundred garments but we always aim to be transparent with costs and benefits.

We won’t let customers walk away with a bad application. If we think the design can be improved in quality or altered to accommodate a particular application method we will certainly endeavour to do so.

RIGHT TO RETURN.
Notorious Ltd are a Garment Decorating Company. We are not a garment retailer and as such CANNOT offer automatic Rights to Return goods. Our suppliers accept the return of unprinted and unworn garments, 20% of the garments worth is charged and carriage is charged as extra. All unprinted items being returned must be authorised by our suppler before return. Standard uniform items can only be returned by prior arrangement with ourselves, where a reasonable assumption of re-sale exists. However, we reserve the right to refuse return on certain lines. Worn garments cannot be returned. In order to return garments, please inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Special print runs CANNOT be returned. We endeavour to ensure that all garment decoration is signed off by the customer prior to garment decoration. All returns and queries must be directed to us in written format.
GARMENT QUALITY
Notorious Ltd is a garment decorating company and as such cannot be held wholly responsible for the quality of the base garments which are purchased by us, in good faith from third party suppliers. Whilst we endeavour not to pass on any damaged garments, it is possible that damaged or not-to-spec garments may get through our quality control. In the event of this, we would expect to enter into a discussion where credit may be offered instead of replacement goods. This especially applies to bespoke garments. If you wish to return goods which you consider defective in material or workmanship, you must inform us in writing within 7 days  of delivery (and allow us to inspect the goods if we ask). PRINT QUALITY AND VARIATION
All processes are done by hand with the potential for minor variations. We are a small family-run company and we want to be as reasonable as possible in the way we do business.
