Method

Using water based transfers; images can be printed ready for application via heat press transfer. The images can vary from basic single colour to high quality photos/graphics.

This option is typically used by customers who want multiple colours but don’t want to pay screen printing prices, especially on low quantity orders.

Order as many transfers as you like and we’ll save them ready for when you need more garments.

Not to be confused with vinyl; these water based transfers leave a lighter application that is far more resistant to cracking. The result is closer to a screen print finish than vinyl.

F.A.Q.

How big can my design be?

Realistically we wouldn’t recommend much more than 50cm x 40cm. However this is plenty! Very rarely would a customer need more than this for a large back print for example. If needed you may require screen printing.

Can I hire you out for an event?

Yes actually. We have recently been asked to take the heat press on the road to provide football shirts at a corporate event.

Can I create physical mock-ups this way before committing to screen printing?

Pretty much, there are some fundamental difference but as long as we know this is your plan we can help steer things in the right direction.

Having your design on file means we can apply it to all types of garments. If you have a standard logo for all your staff uniforms this could be the ideal solution.

RIGHT TO RETURN.
Notorious Ltd are a Garment Decorating Company. We are not a garment retailer and as such CANNOT offer automatic Rights to Return goods. Our suppliers accept the return of unprinted and unworn garments, 20% of the garments worth is charged and carriage is charged as extra. All unprinted items being returned must be authorised by our suppler before return. Standard uniform items can only be returned by prior arrangement with ourselves, where a reasonable assumption of re-sale exists. However, we reserve the right to refuse return on certain lines. Worn garments cannot be returned. In order to return garments, please inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Special print runs CANNOT be returned. We endeavour to ensure that all garment decoration is signed off by the customer prior to garment decoration. All returns and queries must be directed to us in written format.

GARMENT QUALITY
Notorious Ltd is a garment decorating company and as such cannot be held wholly responsible for the quality of the base garments which are purchased by us, in good faith from third party suppliers. Whilst we endeavour not to pass on any damaged garments, it is possible that damaged or not-to-spec garments may get through our quality control. In the event of this, we would expect to enter into a discussion where credit may be offered instead of replacement goods. This especially applies to bespoke garments. If you wish to return goods which you consider defective in material or workmanship, you must inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery (and allow us to inspect the goods if we ask). PRINT QUALITY AND VARIATION
All processes are done by hand with the potential for minor variations. We are a small family-run company and we want to be as reasonable as possible in the way we do business.
